It’s so hard to find real G Play developer accounts that actually work and get the app published but it seems I found the right place to get them, at least so far.

If you want the app live in a few days get old organization accounts or 20222 personal accounts where you don’t need testers, otherwise there is a small chance to get the app published from my experience with Google Play.
